1. Data we collect

Account details (name, email, phone, country); identity-verification data and documents (KYC); transaction and investment records; and technical data such as IP address and device information.

2. Why we use it

To operate your account, verify your identity, process deposits, investments and withdrawals, meet legal and AML obligations, prevent fraud, and communicate with you.

3. How we protect it

Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Sensitive personal data (including KYC fields and identity documents) and account secrets are encrypted at rest using AES-256. Two-factor authentication is available and recommended. Access to verification documents is restricted to authorised compliance staff. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate (e.g. payment processors), and with authorities where legally required. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention & your rights

We retain records for as long as your account is active and as long as required by law (including AML record-keeping). Subject to applicable law you may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and may object to certain processing.
