Privacy Policy
InterAtlas Estate · Last updated July 2026
1. Data we collect
Account details (name, email, phone, country); identity-verification data and documents (KYC); transaction and investment records; and technical data such as IP address and device information.
2. Why we use it
To operate your account, verify your identity, process deposits, investments and withdrawals, meet legal and AML obligations, prevent fraud, and communicate with you.
3. How we protect it
Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Sensitive personal data (including KYC fields and identity documents) and account secrets are encrypted at rest using AES-256. Two-factor authentication is available and recommended. Access to verification documents is restricted to authorised compliance staff. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us operate (e.g. payment processors), with the advertising and analytics providers named in section 5, and with authorities where legally required. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Cookies, pixels & advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies keep the site working — your session, security and language — and cannot be switched off. Non-essential cookies and tracking pixels measure our advertising and how the site is used, and are only set after you accept them.
Where enabled, the non-essential tools we use are:
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) — measures visits and enquiries originating from our Facebook and Instagram advertising, and supports audience building. Meta may process this data as an independent controller for its own purposes; see the Meta Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics & Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd) — traffic measurement and conversion tracking. See the Google Privacy Policy.
- TikTok Pixel (TikTok Technology Ltd) — measures enquiries originating from TikTok advertising. See the TikTok Privacy Policy.
These tools may transfer data outside the EEA under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. The legal basis is your consent, which you gave through our cookie banner and can withdraw at any time.
Your choices. You can change your cookie preferences at any time — withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and stops further collection. You can also opt out in Meta's ad settings, install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or block cookies in your browser.
6. Marketing enquiries
When you submit an enquiry form we record your name, contact details, stated budget and area of interest, together with the advertising campaign that referred you, so that our team can respond and so we can measure which campaigns work. We contact you about investment opportunities on the basis of that request; you can opt out at any time by replying to any message or by contacting us below, and we will stop.
7. Retention & your rights
We retain records for as long as your account is active and as long as required by law (including AML record-keeping). Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us. Subject to applicable law you may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, may object to certain processing, and may withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Contact
For any privacy request — including deletion of your data — contact info@interatlas.estate. We respond within 30 days.
